Returns Policy

In compliance with current regulations, we accept returns (previously authorized) within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds will not be authorized until the volumes have been returned to the warehouse of L'Erma di Bretschneider, Via Raimondo Montecuccoli 34, 00176 Rome (RM), Italy and checked by our staff.

L’ERMA di Bretschneider is not responsible for any custom’s costs outside of Italy, please check your government customs fees and regulations before placing your order.
