U+D urbanform and design is an scholarly journal dedicated
to the themes of urban morphology and contemporary
city. The journal investigates a field of contemporary architecture
far from the idea of self-referencing design spread
over in the last few decades. The magazine believes in the
profound link between architecture and city investigable
and recognizable through its form. It is edit also in English
in order to achieve readers of different backgrounds and
culture. Its high-profile international Scientific Committee
and extensive Referees network ensure the quality of
its contents. Urban Morphology, Architectural and Urban
Design are the main disciplinary topic on which the journal
is based. Such topics are investigated through critical
essays and a series of “viewpoints” intended to stimulate
the debate about the main issues concerning contemporary
architecture.

It is subject to double blind peer-review and holds an ANVUR Class A classification.

Call for Abstract intends to collect projects, critical essays, scientific research, points of view, able to feed the debate around the urgent and vital theme of the regeneration of the historic city. We invite, therefore, researchers and scholars of the disciplines concerned, to propose to the Editor of the journal, by June 15, 2021: An article (4000-5000 words), a viewpoint (2000-3000 words) or an abstract (500 words), which summarizes the theme and the methodology followed. If the proposal is accepted, the Direction will notify the authors who will have to submit the complete contribution by September 6, 2020. Before publication, each text will be submitted to the evaluation of two external reviewers (double-blind peer review). The contribution will have to respect the indications reported in the web page:
