Brought together here are 44 inscriptions, most of which unpublished, found between 1992 and 1997 in the northern part of Pozzuoli, where the «Soprintendenza Archeologica delle province di Napoli e Caserta» has excavated a sizeable section of the via Antiniana, which connected Pozzuoli with Naples. A great many funerary monuments rise along the sides of this road: family tombs in the northern part, columbarium type tombs in the southern part. All but one of the inscriptions are of a funerary nature, acquainting us with the occupants of the funerary monuments - their social level and economic possibilities, over a period spanning front the last century of the Republic to Late Antiquity.
